Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. Aapala is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes).

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept return/refund requests only in the case of:

  • Damaged products upon arrival
  • Wrong items shipped

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via connect@aapala.in with photographic proof.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

We do not accept returns for products opened or used.
